Message from the President
Representative Director Lin Chichuan was born in Yilan, Taiwan. He founded Shingihou Co., Ltd. in Fukuoka in 2015, and has worked on international patient support, medical interpretation, pharmaceutical-related compliance procedures, and communication and document organization in medical settings. Building on this experience, he has expanded into AI phone, n8n, automation, clinic DX, and web/SNS flow design.
Carrying an inherited name into today's work.
The name "Shingihou" comes from a rice and grain shop my grandfather ran in Yilan, Taiwan, about 100 years ago. Innovation, integrity, abundance. Even as countries and eras change, we value continuing work that brings real benefit to people and communities.

Our company was founded in Fukuoka in July 2015 (Heisei 27). The company itself is young, but the name "Shingihou" is old: about a hundred years ago, during the Japanese colonial era, my grandfather ran a rice and grain shop in Yilan, Taiwan, under that very name. He ran his business by the convictions of innovation (創新), integrity (義理), and abundance (豊富). In the turbulent years of postwar Taiwan, unwilling to compromise his principles, he ultimately brought that business to a close. Times and countries have changed, yet I wish to carry on by the same convictions my grandfather held.
Today, we operate "Medical Supporter," which supports medical tourism, as well as our trade business. Going forward, we will balance connecting with the world and contributing to the region, and devote ourselves to the development of a better society.
