MS PLATFORM DEMO

MS Platform implementation demo: Tachibana

Tachibana is not the company's main site or a standalone main service. It is a demo site for reviewing how MS Platform can connect telemedicine, LINE / Web booking, questionnaires, CRM, payments, notifications, and management screens for medical institutions. Multilingual pages, multilingual LINE guidance, and AI replies based on clinic-approved content and FAQs can also be designed within the implementation scope.

WORKFLOW

Connecting patient and staff workflows

Rather than separating the patient-facing LINE / Web flow from staff operations, MS Platform designs the process from reception through follow-up operations as one workflow.

Accept booking, questionnaires, multilingual guidance, and reminders through LINE / Web.

02

Preparation

Staff review questionnaires, patient notes, tags, and booking status.

03

Telemedicine

Connect browser-based consultation and follow-up messages in one flow.

04

Payment & management

Organize card-payment guidance, notifications, shipping, sales analysis, and CSV export.

OVERVIEW

Supporting clinic operations through MS Platform

MS Platform is an operations base for medical institutions to run patient workflows in practice. Tachibana is an implementation demo that shows reception, booking, consultation, payments, CRM, and management work as a connected flow. Formal implementation should be adjusted for each institution's specialty, front-desk structure, payment method, notification content, patient-data handling, multilingual pages, multilingual LINE messages, and AI reply scope based on clinic-approved information.

IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation Planning

  1. 01Define the initial adoption scopeStart by deciding which flows to operate first: booking, LINE, telemedicine, payments, or a smaller subset.
  2. 02Clarify responsibility boundariesDocument who is responsible for clinical decisions, patient explanations, refunds, personal information, and external services.
  3. 03Prepare notifications and logsAdjust patient notifications, staff operations, and failure-check procedures to the actual clinic workflow.

NOTES

Important Notes

  • Tachibana is an implementation demo. Formal adoption should redesign it as MS Platform according to the adopting institution's requirements.
  • Insurance care, online eligibility verification, electronic prescriptions, and HPKI depend on the adopting institution, external vendors, and regulatory setup. We do not describe them as already supported.
  • When AI, RAG, or transcription are used, physician or medical-institution review remains required. Diagnosis, treatment-policy decisions, and medication selection are not automated.
